Just received my lynx level 3 and didn’t realize it only came with a 240gb ssd and the micro atx board it came with doesn’t support the new m.2 nvme.
Something about the prime h310 2.0.
So I ordered a sata ssd
Samsung 870 Qvo. And I cloned the 240 gb but I cannot get it to boot within the pc.
Opening command prompt to check bcds it won’t even let me do it. Says i don’t have access to my own computer.

Need help. The 240 isn’t going to work for me.

Quoting the specs on that board from the Configurator:

"1 x M.2 Socket 3, with M Key, type 2242/2260/2280 storage devices support (both SATA & x2 PCIE mode)*
* When a device in SATA mode is installed on the M.2 socket, SATA_2 port cannot be used."

It does seem to support one M.2 NVMe drive. That's the "x2 PCIe mode".

I don't know about the rest of that stuff. It confused me. IDK what bcds is, sorry. Check with DS.

So I got it. I had to use mini tool and expand the system reserve partition from 50mb to 1gb and then backup.
And now it’s working.

Ps this lynx level 3 is legit.
Escape from tarkov ultra hits 60+ frames. The settings I use I get 90+.
Super smooth never a hiccup. Thanks again DS
