That is sweetness in a self-contained unit.

Emptying and refilling the Aventum will be a breeze with all of the quick disconnect fittings. DS has an excellent video showing how this is done.

No it hasn't.    I still have my current Aventum to use, but like anyone, I am anxious.

I have been in stage 3 for 3 weeks now, and am still there.

Now we are getting somewhere. I moved to Stage 4 today, so I decided to order the monitors that I will be using - Dell UltraSharp U2723QE 27".

I have been using dual 27" monitors for quite a while now. I plan to daisy chain them together using a Display Port connection to reduce clutter.

The system is now at the final stage - 7. I would expect to get it sometime next week although it has a long way to go (CA to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan). I have more faith in things that are shipped commercial freight as it come on its own pallet. It must be scary for DS to ship their systems, especially cross country.

My son who is bigger than me (6'3") and will help me move it in position. He has a special interest in doing so as he will inherit my current Aventum system which is fully functional and my current dual monitors.

I just got my PC. (see sig) It came via next day airmail. The package was in very good shape when I got it, surprisingly. System has been fine, only have one complaint about it, and that is the headphone jack on the front panel does not work, no matter what I use. The power button and the USB jacks work fine. Now since I have a G-510 keyboard, it has jacks for mic and headset, so I still use them.

153, WHAT? That is allot for just one tower. The shipping crate adds allot, but it should not be that much. Good Luck with you DS PC! I am enjoying the hell out of mine.

My Hailstorm II weights in at 79 pounds. A skid does not bring the weight up to 158 pounds. I used to be a semi truck driver so I know about the weights of pallets. Your PC should be coming in a crate as well if I am not mistaken. My Hailstorm II did.

Hope it is not in halves, LOL. Do you order a monitor, or keyboard with DS?

Just trying to figure why it is coming in two shipments. Hope everything is ok with your DS PC.
