New System Review after 1 Month

I've been excited to write this review for some time now.  Finally got some time to sit down and do it.  I had started doing research on building my own PC and thankfully found Digital Storm via the nVidia site.  After browsing their site and speaking to sales a couple of times, I began to realize what a benefit it would be to work with these people.  Decided to trial build a couple of systems and called DS about my builds...They were more than gracious to look through and make recommendations and I arrived at a system...Submitted for the order and they contacted me immediately to get the process started.  Over the course of the build, they contacted me and updated of it's progress.  Finally, the system shipped!  Couldn't wait to see and run it.  Right out of the box, the packing was great and everything arrived intact.  Watched the handy video of unpacking process and it was very helpful.  System booted right up and spent a couple days moving things over to it and installing my drivers and software.  Wow!  This thing absolutely rips!  The build was as good as it gets...Wires hidden, cooling system neatly done, and drives, plugs, and all other in fantastic locations.  Had a couple of questions for tech regarding changes I wanted to make or just basic questions...Not actual system problems.  Spoke to Robert a couple times and the service just keeps getting better!  He even remembered a call from the prior week and went in and checked out to see how it was running!  I am an old Dell customer and will never go back!  My Father purchased a similar system and has had contact with service on DS and he will never go back.  They are everything and more that they and their customers claim they are!!!  This system is flawless and has had no hardware conflicts of any kind.  Thank You DS!!!  Will be back for a lap top soon!
