Hello everyone! I ordered a Vanquish 7 Level 4 Monday (07/09/2018) and I am wondering why am I still in stage 1. I wanted to make sure that everything is okay so I decided to call the number on the website 669-235-3810 today (07/16/2018) at 10 AM PDT and I was on hold for about 20 minutes.

They are probably busy and I don't want to bother their Monday morning so much so I just made a forum account and decided to post a less invasive follow-up. Hoping that someone from the DS staff could read this and fill me up with any possible update.

Other than that, I am very excited to be a part of the Digital Storm family. Even though I do not officially possess a DS product yet, I know that I picked the right company.

Someone else just asked the same question about a week on stage 1 so I'm guessing they're a little backed up.

You can shoot then an email and ask.   DS employess only soratically monitor all the posts.

You'll probably see some movement today or tomorrow.

I got my stage 1 email Monday July 2 and didn't get stage 2 email until Monday July 9. Right now I'm on stage 6 so you'll start moving along nicely this week. Wink

I ordered mine June 28th and hit stage 6 today. It takes for what feels like forever. About a full month to get the pc is what it seems. Patients

Congratulations and thanks, Man. It just went from Stage 1 - Stage 5 today real quick. I'm really excited!

The wait is painful but I went from Stage 1 to SHIPPED in just 10 business days. When I clicked PURCHASE it told me 15-20 business days. THEY SMASHED IT!

I'm still on Stage 5 but I'm really curious, do you mind if I ask what state are you from and how many days it took from the shipping courier to your door?

I'm from CA and I'm like 30 minutes away from DS office. Hoping this could be a day to 2 days of shipping process or if it's even possible to pick it up.

@ Rorobs: call DS for pickup at their warehouse if you live so close. Safer and quicker.

I picked mine up.. I'm here close to SF... it was really, REALLY worth the trip. Got to see the shop and got to verify that the gorilla handed freight companies didn't get to touch it.

Like hoserator says... call them, set up "will call". And, if it's still the same as 4 years ago, when you pull into the back yard the first door is receiving and the second is shipping where you need to be.

Say "hey" to the guys back there, they're the best.

First time buyer so I don't know the normal time frame. My PC shipped on Monday evening and the tracking says expected delivery next Monday the 23rd. (UPS Ground)

I'm in Tennessee though. You should get yours really quick.
