As its said in my subject im going from the xbox to the pc for my gaming and am new to the idea of having a window on my computer Confused so excuse my ignorance. Anyways ive been looking around and found that the ODE V2 [level 1] pretty much fits what i am looking for: a current pc around 1500$ that will last me a while with the potential to upgrade........ until i spot the epoch and see that if i customize it to the ODE's specs i am saving $66 and getting a better power supply and cooler with similar hardware? But wait if i try this on the marauder [level 4] im saving $200, getting the exact same hardware [except for a different fan] and only losing the flashy lighting and overclock. And again with the Dreadnought if i upgrade the hard drive to the ODE's and downgrade the cooling to a stage 1 fan [also like the ODE's] im saving $16 and still getting a better power supply! It seems trying to save myself from stress buying a prebuilt pc is not working out to well for me Cry.

Ok so im not one to cheap out and shoot myself in the foot but whats the extra money going towards in the ODE? is it the case and if so is it worth the extra money?

O yes another question i live in Canada what does that mean for the shipping, warranty, etc if i do buy a pc from DS?

In my opinion, go with the Dreadnought's Hafx case level 1, upgrade to gtx 670 and go with Hyper212 cooler with stage1 overclock and you'll have the best air cooled case, the gtx670 that is so close to 680 performance and the reliable Hyper212 air cooler.    Just me.

Shipping to Canada from other posts is about $200-300 and warranty coverage is the same.

Hope this helps and good luck.    DS does offer lots of ways to go.

Also, grab the free t-shirt.   Its USA and Canadian law.

Looks like a nice build in a great air cooling case Spuds, and you can't go wrong with the advice you will get here from DS veterans like bprat22. My only suggestion is to consider moving up just a little bit more to an SLI capable motherboard like the Sabertooth, so you could add a second 670 later if you wanted or needed to.

That build is right on and great gaming coming your way.

HockeyBuck brings up a good point.    The LX mobo doesn't allow sli but if a single card is all you want then go for it.

Keep us updated.

Well its been busy lately but i got the pc ordered. However when i checked my email today i found a gut wrenching email from DS: its another $350 from the original purchase to get the pc over the border and to my house making the shipping costs around $500 [not including the shipping cost of that monitor i included]. Im not sure if i misread you bprat and you meant its another 200-300 to get past the bomb sniffers per package on top of the shipping costs i was charged but this sure does put a wrench into things. I feel like i just started a business and met the mafia.
