We just improved our testing practice for all of the systems that leave our facility (new and return service) systems.

Basically, we now use multiple different leading stress-test utilities, and also run a PSU stress test (stresses CPU + Memory + Video Cards) at once.
 
We are now replicating a much more heavy and aggressive user environment for all of our systems.
 
We're looking froward to seeing our current very low failure rate drop to a new record low!
 
We all know how it can be a 'party pooper' if your brand new, high-performance and overclocked system show signs of stability issues out of the box. This worry can now be safely put to ease. Ermm

Awesome, though I can't see how you can improve the failure rate that much, seeing how it's almost nonexistent already. D:

Since my rig( I ordered on Oct12) is just about ready to ship, it sounds like you beat the poor little baby  with a stickWink.
