New Velox case?

Just got my Velox computer and everything was packed great and fired up quickly and was wondering if this is the right side panels. they call me when I ordered my computer that there was a delay in the Velox cases and asked me if I wanted to wait or get a Lumos case. I told them I was in no hurry and I will wait. Did they give me wrong panels?? really didn't want all glass. wont let me post pics why?
Now they come sideways. lol

Here is the stock image of the Velox case. Your's does look a little different. However, I have a Lumos case and your case is definitely not a Lumos - the Lumos is glass on all sides and the top. Your's is kind of a hybrid.

That does appear to have a glass panel attached where the old aluminum/acrylic one was. Looks more modern with the glass. Are they press-in buttons?

Is the glass flush with the case? It looks like it goes over the top bracket.
And the back; is it also glass or all metal?

i just got mine yesterday, and it's also a velox x.  i also chose to wait an extra couple weeks for the velox case.  the glass is tinted, and not flush with the chassis.  the back is the same.  i don't like how it looks.  the usb, and audio ports are on top of the chassis, and not on the front.  i don't like that either.  the power supply has a metal shield with the velox x logo covering it that they just stuffed the excess wiring (laziness, imo) into rather than organize it properly.  not happy about that either.
overall,i'm kinda pissed off and disappointed i got a chassis that i didn't order, or want.  i should've went with the Lumos when they contacted me about the Velox being a longer wait time.  just my opinion, but when someone is paying upwards of $5000 or more for a pc, they should get exactly what they order.

oh yeah, forgot to mention 3 screws from the motherboard were rattling around inside when i opened it up.  1 is still missing

same thing happened to me.  just finished chatting with someone from the help line, and they said i approved the velox x when they contacted me about the delay in parts availability for the velox.  they offered me a Lumos instead, and i chose to wait.  the velox x was never mentioned.

Your right, we really do need to get the product page updated, I will ping our team about it, we’ve been so backed up with focusing on other urgent priorities and the new COVID-19 isn’t helping.

Please note, the Velox X is our newest variant and is actually being provided as a free upgrade.

I understand if this is not the design or look you were expecting, we are more than happy to provide you will a full refund.

Any loose or missing screws isn’t normal, I would be curious of any components got loose from shipping shocks and vibrations. We would like to investigate this more to make sure.

I got mine today and it is the Velox x, I have not powered it up yet but the case design is fine with me as long as everything works. It is supposed to be a Mid Size case but seems a tad bigger and weighed 65 lbs.

From what I've gathered yes if you order a velox you get the velox X as it's their newest edition of the case. I definitely hope that is the case as I dig the velox posted on the page but the velox X is a lot more slick and eye appealing in my opinion!
