New Velox has odd noise from radiator

I just received my Velox computer today and while it made it to me just fine and runs great there's an odd noise coming from the radiator part of the liquid cooling system. I don't know how to really explain it other than it kind of sounds like an older hard drive would when you're transferring a lot of data to it.

From what I've found online and the forums it might very well be air bubbles in the lines but I don't know how to address it. Can I turn this machine on its side? Do I just wait it out?

I do have the cooling tank completely filled so that ruled that issue out as a cause. The temps are also in great shape with it holding at about 34c with the CPU and GPU.
