I was reading up on the parts that I ordered for my DSO rig, and found this about the INTEL E8400.  See if you can pick up the mistake.

Pros: Specs are outstanding

Cons: i could not get this chip to run at all and had a hard time fitting it into my GIGABYTE AMD 790FX ATX Mobo. had to hammer it in.

Other Thoughts: did not post. had no screen at all. mobo mad funny noises.
 
Not sure if the guy who posed this is a little slow or if it's just a joke.

This isn't any different than the idiots that post reviews of Fire GL cards proclaiming they are worth the money spent if you want the best for gaming.

I am in no way close to as hardware savy as even half the people posting here and I can see that as a just plain foolish post.
 
And !ender hit the nail on the head with the 'trolling' point.  I can not believe the idiot posts I see on many forums every day.  I read a lot of political blogs and posting boards.  The down right LIES and made up information passed off is sickening.
