The Pats, and I stuck with them through the Eason days, so I've rather enjoyed the last few years. Other than the last superbowl that is. I don't mean the loss, it was a fun game to watch, the Pats failed to take it seriously early on and got what they deserved. I mean the behavior of the head coach at the end off the game. I was not particulalry ashamed to be a Pats fan during the whole spygate thing, anyone that thinks every NFL team doesn't push "scouting" to the absolute limit of the rules is just naive IMO. I did, however feel like putting a bag over my head when Bellicheck showed a complete an utter disregard for his worthy competition, the event, and the sport by walking off the field without congratulating Coughlin at the end of the game.
 
Honestly, that takes some of the shine off the preseaon for me, I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the end of last season.

Damn Harleyman didn't know you were from NC (I live in Raleigh), although I do root for the Panthers, my team since a kid (danny white/tony dorsett days) will be the Cowboys.

Two teams which continue to be the hotbed of media insanity and unpredictability.... I'm not expecting any miraculuous "Joe Wille" events from Farve landing here though. It's not going to magnetize the football to instantly fall into the receivers hands wherever they run. I think he tarnished his legacy on this comeback trail.

It's ok slicer.  Cowboys all the way. Yep I'm from Texas.  Not one of those obnoxious cowboy fans though.  The obnoxious ones down here are saying super bowl is a lock.  I'm just praying we win a playoff game right now.  Harleyman, how is the smoked shredded pork sandwiches in NC?  They are known for their smoked food and their shredded pork sandwiches are second to none but I think I can give them a run for their money.  I smoke twice a month down here.

HeHe.  I had to look back and see DST4me's team.  Yeah, we gonna have to get down and dirty this season on this board after first cowboys redskins game.  One of us gonna eat some crow.  Redskins look tough though. Tough division.
 
Mostly oak and mesquite Harley.  Big wood smoker, use some lump to start off with.

Yes, I'm a Gibbs fan even though I hate the redskins.  Poor guy made some bad calls last year-I felt real sorry for him.  He's such a nice guy and anyone who ever played for him loved the guy.  We'll see if the new coach does better, who is it?  Zorn?

OK now people, Back to the subject.

 Being from New England I to am a PATS fan. I agree completely what Coach Belicheck did. Not to Coughlin but to the NFL. He was singled out in "spygate", N.E. had proof of the Jets doing it as well and they did nothing. Then in the biggest game of the year the refs totaly screwed the pooch! Not only did they blow a holdinh call in the first minutes of the game that lead to n.y. first score, But then never calling a reveiw for the "imaculate catch"? I recorded the game and slow mode the slow mode. You can actualy see grass being kicked up by the tip of the ball. Nobody brings that up cause no one outside N.E. wanted to see the PATS win outright.
   

I have news for all you football fans, THE DOMINATION HAS JUST BEGUN!!!!!

     Getting younger and faster at linebacker, younger in the secondary and  RE-SIGNING MOSS TO 3 YEARS. Not tomention the return of the best player/coach combo of Brady and Belicheck, this new Dynasty will be going for several more years to come.

       Now lets hear the bickering................................ LOL

First off, I'm not into most sports. I do like all sorts of racing, however. I like anything from walking, running, bicycling, drag racing, stock car, formula one, GT, unlimited hydroplane!... just any kinda racing rox!!! ... and the louder, the better! LOL! LOL

lol..the colts always lose pre season because they never play their starters ever..and since they are a small middle market team..all their money is invested in starters..
 
Can New England get a easier division and schdule this year? Meanwhile just like last year the Colts play only 1 team that was below 500 last year....and of course N.E will play a total of 2 teams that were above 500 last year...
 
Its a cakewalk schdule like they had last year...the NFL is trying their damnest to give NE a perfect season
