nice sound card under $200?

Im looking for a new sound card to replace my old soundblaster Live 24 bit internal.  Must be/have:

Under $200
optic out/in for pioneer home theatre system
DS Rig:
750W PS
Quad Q9450 2.66GHz
Nvidia 780i 1333FSB
4G DDR2 800MHz
750G HDD1
320G HDD2
GeForce 9800GTX 512Mb
HT Omega Claro+
Vista Premiumx64

lol, sorry, i read it btw..that sound card..i was just looking at it on walmart.com, it seems it would be a nice fit for me...to quoteth me exacatithy lol

i think he meant onboard APU, your best bet, shaba, is going to be to look on newegg for 3 or 4 cards in your price range and look for reviews on them
mostly around here we use the creative Xfi series, which i think do well but i dont know if they meet your specifications

yupyup, lol, i was looking around at the xfi xtreme fatality pro series, it looks nice at 149 or however much it was...but it didnt have the optic in/out..I did find a Razer Barracuda brand...it looked nice and Harleyman over here pointed me in that direction... ill look around and see what i find, the help is much appreciated though!
 
EDIT: ive found an "HT Omega" card that looks pretty nice..i think im goona go with this...as long as it works with vista x64 .... lol
