No More Mail?

Did I miss something?  We no longer have a mail box for the forums?  I do remember Jason posting that PM is not usually a good way to get factual info to or from DSO (but, it did always work for me).  Anyway, the mailboxes are gone?

It's mainly because it becomes difficult for Digital Storm to manage voice mails, emails, phone calls, personalized help requests, and then private messages all at once.
 
We rather have customers call or email us, that way we are effectively able to delegate and allocate resources to help customers efficiently.
 
Perhaps once we develop a automated system where private messages are re-directed to active employees on the forums, we rather not have our customers feel that they are being ignored.

Ok, fair enough. I will miss emailing other members on the forum though when I need info or such. And, glad to see you back on the boards, Alex.
 
By the way, my system continues to out preform my expectations.  Again, thank you and every one else there for the help!
