I sent out two emails to DSO but got no replies back. I am assuming this was due to the moving of the DSO staff. I will resend it out soon and hope that it gets to you guys :).

In my experience, phone calls are answered (and usually documented) extremely quickly, and it's a better method than emails for communicating with Digital Storm.

I agree with jingping.  Other than if your sending a private message to Alex for info, which I found he always answers the same day, call them and speak to someone.

Also, Alex has said several times on the boards that many times their spam filter system they have there eats many emails that are not spam.

A lot of spam filters will filter out emails that have links in them... maybe thats the problem?
