Alex or another supervisor,

     Why am I not listed as a verified customer? We went through all of this when I was doing my last upgrade. If I remember you said it was because I changed my e-mail and my verification was listed under my old e-mail which was REMOVED. Anyway I thought you fixed it..maybe something crashed and the old info was reloaded? please fix again? new e-mail: REMOVED

    While I have you attention, another question: Does the 3 year warranty start when I receive the computer or when I place the order?

Fixed it for you! Changed your forum email to the one ending in 44.

I have removed the emails from your post for privacy protection. The warranty starts from when you receive the PC.

Update:Nav a problem...As I said in the first post; I don't use [email protected] anymore. I don't want to join the new owners of yahoo(Verizon) so I always click, "I'll do this later" when asked to join. That's the very reason for creating [email protected].

    This morning all my correspondence from Digital Storm was in the 44 account. Sooner or later the new owners of Yahoo will stop asking and just delete me from the account. I expect that and created the 33 account for that reason. I have already changed my e-mail at Steam, Origin, etc., etc. So, sorry to say, your fix isn't really a fix. With all the IT brainpower at DS, I can't believe you can't figure a way to keep my new e-mail and still be a verified customer. I think Alex found a way to do it, so ask him. Thanks, JMT
