No video and flickering. HELP :(

I just received my rig and there is nothing on my monitor. I've tried HDMI, DVI, VGA, different monitors, a television... Now I'm getting flickering, like its trying to read it. Now my keyboard and my mouse are flickering with it :/ I really don't know what I'm doing but all I want to do is play it and I was all excited and now I'm just super let down. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Did you try reseating the video card?

What system do you have since someone with that system might have more information.

I also assume you are using the video card and not the MB onboard video.

I tried reseating it but its so compact! I have the bolt. I also disconnected to run off the MB and when I did that it didn't do anything, just a blank screen and no flicker.

It sounds like a bad video card. But, could be other issues.   The card connects to the motherboard with a ribbon cable that needs reseating both at the card and the motherboard. Both ends. It is a tight fit.   The mobo gpu ports will only work with video card unplugged from the system. Try reseating the ram sticks and all the connectors to the mobo.
