How easy/difficult is it to remove? Might need to change or upgrade the ram someday
Also, on intel 3770k, is stage 1 oc enough or should I do stage 2 oc, gaming mainly

for gaming a 4.2GHz oc is all you need.

you dont' need to remove the noctua you just need to remove the fan from what I understand, but even if you need to remove it, you just take out the middle fan, and unscrew 2 screws on each side and that will take off the heatsink.

It's fairly easy.   First, get a tube of thermal paste.   Then, remove center fan, it just clips to metal fins. Unplug fans from mobo.     Unscrew 2 spring loaded screws and remove heat sink.      Do the ram thing.   Clean mounting points on cooler and cpu and re-apply new thermal paste.    Re-mount the heat sink and re- hook fans.

Not a big difference in performance between stage 1 and 2 oc.   But, Noctua can easily handle stage 2 so really your call.

Quick draw, DST, beat me to it.

Where can a person purchase 140mm fans for the Noctua?  I know you can put 3 x 140mm fans on one, but I haven't seen where to buy the fans.

You can simply order 2 x the noctua 140mm fan:

NF-A14

NF-A15

current NF-P14 that is on the d14 now

or you can go and look for other 140mm fans:

corsair 140mm

xigmatek XAF 14xx

now the noctua are gonna be the most quiet but also least airflow, next is gonna be the corsair, and then the xaf 14xx has the highest airflow and it might have a little noise.

noctua fans = 52.21 cfm
corsair fans = 67.8 cfm
Xigmatek xaf 14xx = 90.3 cfm

now keep in mind that most manufacturers are not very honest about the noise and flow, so take those numbers with a grain of salt, I would say noctua has the closest performance to what they claim to have.
