Give DS a call. They can walk you through it, assuming they answer the phone.

Give us a call (if our staff is all busy, leave a clear message and we'll get back to you shortly), or send us a message using our message system located in the 'Customer Service' section.

I'm actually finding the installation fairly easy sofar but to remove the thermal paste apparently you need 99% alcohol and q tips I have the q tips but I only have 70 % rubbing alcohol would that still work fine?

Get arcti-clean.  The stuff really makes it easy to clean the CPU.

You can use the 70% stuff. Just make sure you wipe the 30% of water that is left over with a paper towel and that it's all dry.
