Hi,

I'm having 2 issues with my computer. The first is the rattling coming from the power supply. I made sure it was clean and the vent is clear. The clicking just started up out of nowhere about a week or so ago and hasn't stopped.

The second issue is with my graphics card (sli 570s). When watching video or sometimes playing games the screen goes black and i get a "graphics card has recovered from error" message. This has happened since i got my computer but at first it wasn't frequent so i didn't think much about it. I also thought that upgrading the driver might help but I've had at least 4 drivers so far, even betas and it still happens from time to time. I haven't done any overclocking or any other adjustments to graphics on my computer (except updating drivers); it's still exactly as it came from DS.

I posted about the fan in the forums last week, but in someone else's thread. I also emailed the management address last Friday but haven't received a response. I was going to call but 9am pacific is right in the middle of my work day here in eastern time. thanks!

Hi moxxus....Sorry to hear of the problems.  Both issues, the rattling and clicking  and the  gpu could be a defective power supply, the card dropping out.  Could be other things as well...tough to say from here.

Turn pc off, unplug and reseat the gpu and all connectors to mobo, even the ram sticks.  It's a standard procedure DS will probably have you do anyways.

Call DS tech service and leave a message the best time to call you.  Also re-send message to
