I would like some opinions on Norton Gaming Edition AntiVirus software. I currently use AVG "free" software. I do disable it when gaming though I question if I really need to. The Norton Gaming software has gotten good reviews and seems to have options up to and including the abilitis to disable while gaming.
One of Nortons claims (marketing blurb on their site) "Requires less than 6 MB of memory—eight times less memory than the competitive industry average" How would this impact a system utilizing 6 gigs of system memory? Any other recommendations ...... ? |

Gaming edition sounds nice and all but, I'm afraid it won't provide much protection since its gotta cut a lot of stuff to not hamper game performance.
