Its better they take their time and get it right, instead of sending it out and then having to send it back to them, trust me, its worth the wait

Join the club! I was waiting day after day as it was in Stage 5. Now it has been in Stage 7 for a couple of days and I keep planning the arrival but it still hasn't shipped. I want it but I certainly want it running properly so the wait should be worth it.

The pain is a good pain... It makes the arrival all that more exciting!
Mine is being shipped today, so I have the feeling I will have to wait until after Christmas, but it will still be worth it. Christmas is too materialized as it is, anyway. Better to spend it with my family than my PC!

Since the release of i7, I would imagine DSO has been swamped with orders. That would lead to unexpected delays. Also, since it's a whole new platform, they probably need to take a little more time setting up OCs to make sure everything is stable. Since the memory controller is integral to the CPU, extra care has to be taken with voltages.
