I'd say the Marauder 4 build could rate a 5 - 6 out of 10... Your Epoch 2 build a 6 - 7 out of 10. (You won't need more than 16 GB of ram for gaming)    It's got a better i7 3770 CPU that is Level 2 overclocked & liquid cooled, a Deluxe Asus mobo with wifi, a solid state boot drive for faster start ups, and it has a better GTX 670 2 gb stock video card.

If you want the best gaming value & performance within your stated budget, look at the Ode V2 Level 4 at $2499!   

Going 2 x SLI GTX 670 in the roomier Corsair 600T case of the Ode 4 would allow you to play at high or ultra levels in the latest games for a long time, and it's Asus Z77 Sabertooth motherboard has an industry best 5 yr mfg warranty...most others have a 3 yr mfg board warranty. Lrger 1 GB storage drive, larger 240 mm Vortex CPU cooler. I'd say it would be a very solid 8 out of 10.   Because it's a fixed config pre-built system, you get a great amount of performance for a bit lower price.    You could put those same components in an Epoch custom build and get that same level of gaming performance, but the price would be a little higher than in the Ode 4.

I just got my ODE V2 level 4 and absolutely love it! Switched out the cooling for Noc 14 and replace red with blue glow, so far it's been amazing. Just have not had time to game lately, but once I do, I will provide better feedback.
