Ok, so im curious.  So what does the A1 revision do over the original version?  Does it just offer support for the newer 45 nm processors?

Both motherboards will only support Wolfdale (45nm duo) through a BIOS update. They do not support Yorkfield. (45nm quad).

680i A1 has a better heatsink, 2 ethernet ports, 10 usb ports, and 1200mhz memory support.

680i LT has 1 ethernet port, 4 usb ports, 800mhz memory support.
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star.

Thanks for the info! Now I know that I need the A1 revision; definitely worth the upgrade.
