Does this mean that orders currently being developed will come with these driver updates automatically installed?

Awesome, downloaded it. Now I need to wait until more games are supported since the ones I have don't use it.
Oh, did not pay much attention to the packs. Some are game demos to test out the physX, awesome! Edited by Rolet - 12 Aug 2008 at 3:56pm |

It allows your video card to render better physics in games that support it. If you have SLI you can put one card for graphics and the other for physics.

to be honest its basically pointless, and makes no real big difference and what little improvement they do, they can only do on games that support physx cards.

Yeah, the Physic makes the explosions and stuff more spread out as it would happen irl. Having it won't harm anything, just if you have a game that supports it you can turn it on for those extra effects.

I installed these drivers last night. Along with the "Warmonger" free game. The game isn't the best. But it does really show off the physics. I would highly recommend install it and checking it out. But the physics are amazing and i'm sure they will only get better with time. Yahoooo for physics :) In the game it has cloths that tear and rip as you shoot them. It's really cool.
