How do I claim my Nvidia free games. I was supposed to get (Control and Wolfenstein) I got my Xbox pass code already by the way.

2) telephone DS Monday - Friday 9-5
3) email [email protected]

They'll get you fixed right up.

Here was my experience.
-Amazon did email me the code but three days later, not two as stated in their Offer Details page.
-Redeem the code through GeForce Experience. This gives you another code. Make sure you save this code. A link is provided to redeem at Epic store.
-Epic store redemption requires Epic Launcher and Epic account.  Do this first before you redeem the Epic code. I did have an account but tried to redeem before I logged in to Epic Store and that required more browser sessions of the Epic Store and it got confused and said  the code was already redeemed. Closed browsers, deleted cache and restarted Windows and I was able to redeem.

Its an easy process IF you do everything perfect.
