I noticed in Device Manager that NVROFLASHDev has a yellow exclamation mark beside it. Do not understand. Any help would be appreciated.

A yellow explanation mark means the item is either not working or not plugged in.
 
Its probably for a plugin camra or something, but goggle turns up nil for me...

do you have ntune or did you have it and then uninstall it?

Well I right clicked on it and selected uninstall and it's gone.
