OCZ Platnium not stable on rig.

I received a call from Randy today to let me know that the OCZ Platnium Edition was not running stable on my build, apparently they received a bad batch and my rig was not running stable with that ram . He told me that they wanted to switch me to the Corsair Dominator which was a little more money ( But DS is the awesome and they waved the extra charge) so i opted to take that instead of delaying my order. I know a little bit about the Dominator sticks , but not much . any info on them please. i know there not bad. i just wanna hear your guys takes on it.

Corsair is a good company, we went thru a bad batch of corsair also, but either way, they are both good rams.

My rigg failed stage 6 a week ago because of stability issues. Could that mean I have the same bad ram and thats why it failed?? I ordered the same 4GB ocz 1600 ram and DS just installed the extra parts I ordered monday today and is testing it again. So you think its going to have issues again???

DDR3 2x2 1600 is starting to get fairly cheap so be happy about that. I mean 4GB of DHX dominators are down to 166 bucks with mail in rebate on new egg.

 
I paid 249 for them just 4 months ago.
