well, i plan on buying the ode level 3 as soon as i can get my bank to increase my limit on my credit card from 500 to 2500 lol. i need to increase it anyway for military expenses cause apparently we have to buy our traveling tickets and what not and then the government reinverses us. its rediculous. anyways i was wonder i saw that 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Corsair Vengeance Series (High-Performance)
lol so its 4 gb each..... and the od3 has 2 extra ram slots.... so is it ok if i bought another 8 gb? id have 16 gbs of ram.... i never see people doing that. im just curious why not or if the os just doesnt support it?
awaiting for my savings account to reach $3,100 for a pc from ds ;D

16GB is the limit for windows 7 home. premium and ultimate i think have more... not sure. people hardly ever do it because its not needed and you see very little if any performance gains.

if your not doing video editing and or music editing production your just wasting money getting 16gb of ram. Im not 100% sure but its prob 4 2gb sticks, you would need to ask DS.

Its 2 x 4GB sticks.

the reason you don't see us recommend corsair for ram or 16GB of ram is because ram brand does not matter much and 8GB is more then what a gamer needs.

win7 home has a 16GB total ram limit that includes your gpu ram.
