Order placed: 5/16/13
Arrived: 5/30/13 with standard shipping
First off my old rig:
i7 2600K
8GB of generic RAM I jacked out of my old HP
1.5TB HD taked from the same old computer
Radeon HD 6850
Corsair 650W PSU
23" 60Hz HP Monitor
$20 computer speakers from Wally World
The New Rig
i7 3770K
16GB 1600MHz Corsair Dominator
240GB Corsair Neutron SSD & 1TB WD HD
GTX 690
Corsair 1050W PSU
27" 120Hz BenQ LED Monitor
Bose Companion 5 Speakers
I ordered over the phone with a gentleman who was abrupt and to the point, just how it ought to be, the same fella who emailed me when my RAM wouldn't fit under the cooler I picked out and asked me to call him so we can discuss my options. Good stuff, Maynard.
Anyhow, on to the good stuff!
GIGANTIC box on arrival HOORAY
Here's the guts
Pre-power setup from afar
Post powerup glamour shot
Powered up in all her glory
Windows booted in what seemed like an instant. SSDs rule! I've got to tell you all that from ordering to delivery DS has been more than a pleasure to deal with. After reading the countless horror stories about other companies I'm glad I decided to go with DS. I've built my computers, and bought them pre-built. I priced all the parts and when you get down to the nut cutting it breaks down like this: By ordering with Digital Storm you're paying someone about 200 bucks to put it together, stress test it, and get it to you in working condition. Well worth it in my opinion. Thank you ladies and gentlemen at DS, I appreciate your service!
Please excuse any typos, I've got a sleeping newborn in one arm as I type this with the other hand. Happy gaming!

Ok, the review was I posted was pre-game spec adoration. I've been playing Crysis 3, Diablo 3, and League of Legends for a few days now. Wow...
Here are my conclusions:
1) DS rules
2) If you're considering a SSD, get a 240GB or above, 120 will absolutely not be enough. I went with the 240(Thanks Gerardo), and I've got about 80GB left and haven't installed SC2 or BF3 yet.
3) higher framerates = better score
4) see #1
5) I'm now a performance junkie, and the next system I buy will be top shelf everything. Bigger, Better, Faster...
