I purchased my ODE 3 back in late 2011 and have had quite a bit of time to get a feel for the system.

My first post was a complaint about how long it was taking to ship, but in retrospect, the wait time was worth it. The machine worked perfectly out of the box and runs, even to this day, (almost) everything completely maxed out. The only time I ever have any issue regarding performance is in Battlefield 3 maxed at 1080p in 64 man servers - I get occasional stuttering. With two GTX 570 in SLI I wouldn't have expected that, but the game is a resource hog. On two or three occasions I have had an all-out crash, but they have been very seldom compared to how much I push this system to its limits. Also, as is to be expected, the machine is basically a space heater, which is nice in the winter. Regardless, performance has been great, but everyone already expects that from these gaming-tuned systems so I will move on to the real reason why anyone would purchase from Digital Storm.

The customer service here is, simply put, the best you can get. The systems themselves can be bought elsewhere for slightly cheaper, but the extra money goes towards the customer service. Every time I called about my system I was greeted with friendly representatives who seemed to somehow genuinely care about my issues. I was always treated well and they worked to fix my problems or alleviate any worries I had.

I am very impressed with the service offered by Digital Storm and the cost is justified by the peace of mind you get knowing you have competent people who are invested in getting you your machine in tip top condition. I can't say too much about the technical support because I haven't had an opportunity to use it because there hasn't been a single persistent problem with the system, even after heavy use.

Overall 9/10 - keep up the good work.

I just got my ODE lvl 1 last week and am majorly impressed with Digital Storm, from sales to shipping, and of course those that put it together and test it, I could have saved a bit by building my own, but I doubt it would have been anywhere near the quality job I got, not to mention the peace of mind that comes with the warranty.

you know i thought running 2 570s in sli would max bf3 easy even on 64man servers. 2 680s is overkill and the 570 is not far behind it.

I got my ODE IV last year about this time. After some headaches and a few RMAs and some tweeks everything has been smooth.
