ODE system questions

I am planning on purchasing an ODE gaming system in the next few months to play the following games on maximum to ultra settings:
    Star Trek Online MMO
    Star Wars Old Republic MMO
    Crysis
    Crysis 2
    Half Life 2
    Mass Effect 1, 2 & 3
I am leaning towards in getting a level 1 machine because it comes with Corsair A50 120mm Fan High Performance Cooler but i am also leaning towards Level 2 or 3 for the following reasons;
    800W Power Supply
    Core i7 Processor
    16GB of RAM in Level 3
    120GB SSD in Level 3
    Blu-ray Player in Level 3
    GTX 680 in Level 3
The only thing that is making me hesitant in purchasing a level 2 or 3 computer is the liquid cooling system; I have never owned a liquid cooling system before and don't know how to maintain them.

Has anyone here use ODE V2, how does it perform and how easy is it to maintain the liquid cooling system especially for a newbie?

The cooler requires zero maintenance, and is pre-filled with thermal conductive fluid improving cooling performance and efficiency. So its not like real true water cooling like the frostchill and sub zero cooling.

Closed-loop liquid coolers are not intended to be user-serviceable since all the connectors and hoses are barbed and crimped, once assembled they cannot easily be taken apart without significant risk of ruining them. If the pump fails or something leaks, the official repair is replacement of the whole thing.

ArkansasWoman777 is right on.   Sealed units with no maintenance.
The A50 is more relaible, nothing to go wrong with metal fins, but the Vortex's have a decent reputation. 
 
Alot depends on the monitor and resolution you play at.  The ODE lvl 1's gtx 670 will play on a 1920x1080 monitor real nice.  Nether the 670 or 680 will play Crysis 2 and other intense shooters on ultra settings and stay 60fps.  That would require a sli, 2x 670 for example.  But just a few tweeks on in-game graphics gives real nice gaming with single card.
 
The gtx 670 is close to the same performance as the gtx 680. within a few fps.
 
The ODE 1 will give, within, 5-10%, the same gaming as ODE 3.  The ODE 3 does give you SSD and 680.  ODE 2 and 3 give you a better cpu, the 3770k, but as of now, the 3570k in ODE 1 is all gaming needs. 
 
Hope this helps.  Any of the ODE's are a good performance for the dollar rigs.

With the closed cooling systems, if the pump fails and the conductive fluid leaks then will my entire system have to be replaced because of the conductive fluid short-circuiting the motherboard or do I just need to replace the vortex cooling system.

Also, how much noise would I expect if I went with the A50 compared to if I went with the Vortex cooling systems?

I think ArkansasWoman777 meant that the fluid was heat conductive.  The fluid is, I believe, is non-conductive, distilled water. 
 
The Vortex 240 would be noisier than the A50.  The Vortex 120 would probably be about the same, maybe the A50 a little quieter but not 100%.
