Ok... My turn, I guess. I'll be calling DS in the morning as my machine finally decided to give up and finally, after almost 2 years, something broke.

I've reseated the RAM, checked all the connections, reset, cleaned, got all drivers current, GeForce updates etc etc etc. I've looked and pages and pages of current and past computer manuals and even sacrificed a chicken (well, to be honest it was scrambled and delicious!) but I just can fix my computer.

I don't know what to do. Perhaps it's time to discuss with "she who must be obeyed" the fact that I should get a new machine...

For those who are curious, I've taken a photo of the problem. I won't explain it because it should be fairly obvious.

Such a great machine, too...









Sorry.. couldn't resist. Saw that the LED light had gone out so I have had a little fun with it... Have a great day!!
