my system:

Ordering
I used the DS website to place my order.  The whole process was smooth and very easy to navigate.  Tons of information on their site.  Also, the forums were a huge help, so thanks to all with the meriod of questions I had...this is really a great community.  System was ordered on 9 Aug.  I promtly got a call from Robert confirming my order and he answered the last min questions I had.  So now on to the build Stages.  Well I expected it to take 10 days to build and test but they did it in 4!!! Talk about speedy.

Arrival/Packaging  Big%20smile
Computer arrived by UPS Ground on 20 Aug  Here are some pics...
Mmm goodies

Accessories
The computer was well packaged on first look.  The accesories box (white box on right) came with all the original manuls and extra motherboard/computer components

The binder you get with your system I feel is a wonderful personal touch and shows these guys go out of the way to make sure you are getting the best product and support possible.  All original software for components are included in a nice CD holder in the back of the binder.

Now I'm going to pause the review here for a minute.  When I took the Case out of the box I noticed a HUGE dent on the top. Cry The computer looked and ran fine but I was disapointed at this point.  Now here is were the DS customer service comes through...I called and left a message about the situation on their voice mail as it was after hours.  Next day I got a call at 1 pm(10am pacific time if my math is right) or so, which tells me they listened to the message I left and jumped right on it. Got a call from Robert and Alex and they agreed to take the system back and pay for shipping BOTH WAYS!!!  Also once they got the sytem they would replace the case and retest the computer to mak sure it worked.  Talk about awsome!  So I finally got the computer back today and BAM this thing is awsome and powered up like a champ!  Actually I'm typing on it right now while listening to music, downloading BF2 and BF2142 patches, and running an Excel database program!!

OLD AND BUSTED(right) vs NEW HOTNESS(Left)
Nice clean build here.  Everything is tight and secure.  Case really isn't that heavy either.  You can tell DS took great care on making sure the inside was well packaged and air flow is optimized.  Only issue are the blue cathode lights to light up the case.  They don't work any more and I can't figure out how to get them to turn on.  I'll have to work on that one.
The final set up!

PerformanceSmile
I don't have a 3DMark program and personally havn't been that interested in them but here are the stock numbers as in the DS binder about my computer

PC Mark: 8012
3D Mark Score: 11269

Like I said above I have numerous programs open and this thing is chugging right along.  I havn't played any games yet but I'll let you know how this baby does

Heat/Noise Smile
This thing is cool.  I can feel nice cool air out of the back and side window.  Right now with the programs I have it's about 30C and at idle without any programs it's about 27C.  Also, this thing is quite, not like my Hell...err...Dell which I could here from downstairs.  Don't get me worng it pputs out noise but it's something that you don't eben notice after anout a min. or so.

Overall Clap
A+++++++++
I love it.  It is exactly what I wanted and runs great.  The inital issue with the case I had was diapointing but DS customer service promptly fixed the situation and gave me a great product.  Just need to figure out how to get those blue neon lights on the bottom of the case to work.

Like their web site says they do build kick-ass systems...all I can say to that is..."so sayith the shepard...so sayith the flock...amen'

Glad we got it all worked out in the end. Check the cables going into the inverter for the lights as well, they might have become a little loose from shipping vibrations.
