I have the SN on the case but can't find the specs and get info on the mobo error
red light comes on asus mobo
fans just keep spinning
case is red on inside

You have lifetime support with DS. When you are able to get with them, they will walk you through procedures on the phone to diagnose, perhapsfix, the problem.
