LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya, I did the same when mine was on order.  Mine was having heat issues so I ended up having to go with a bigger case and then liquid cooling for the processor.   $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Like everything else in my life, over budget and behind schedule!

But, its here now and I could not be happier with it.  If only it would do the laundry for me, mmmmm.

It is gonna be a miracle if I ever get my system. The more I come here and read stuff, the more I get antsy and want to change something, lol. I got to be giving people fits there at DS. Just today I was thinking about going to a single card and getting my processor liquid cooled and overclocked, lol

I was thinking about it cause of the new 9600 GTs coming out and I'd rather not spend too much on two cards if I could get one that acts like two. Seems these cards are gonna be pretty sweet. Dual slot interface (SLI in one card), 256 stream processors, and 1GB memory. Someone wrote that it is basically a dual G92 core 8800GTX. Word is that they will be 30% faster than the 8800 Ultra card. It is gonna be crazy cause people will be linking these for Quad SLI. But, I haven't seen any word on price, etc. I am wondering if this card will be dual monitor capable also. Since it only will have 2 dvi inputs, instead of four, like when we SLI now.
Please, if anyone has any info on the 9600 GTs please post it.

Are you wishing you went with the liquid cooling for those Ultras? Those Beasts gotta be sooo hot, but the liquid cooling on your CPU had to knock out a bunch of heat in there too though. You got a sweet set up there though. Been reading your posts on performance. I gotta say, I was jealous, lol

I've been changing stuff on my order too, until I was informed today that every time I change something it adds 2-3 days before I can go into stage 2.  Shocked

I was gonna go 32 bit at first, but I wanna do a bunch of video editing and Multiboxing accounts for online gaming, so I decided to 64 bit. The added memory and a quad core processor is huge for multiboxing.

Good call!  I use the dreaded Macintosh for editing tasks, and I'm a fairly simple 1-box-at-a-time gamer :)

I do not seem to have any heat problems with the GPU's but, let me tell you what... this rig throws off heat into the room like a fire breathing dragon!

I probably should have gone liquid with everything.  Live and learn.

So far, so good though.

lol, well your computer room can double as a sauna. I would like to upgrade to liquid cooling down the line I think too. Maybe the costs will come down a bit on that stuff soon.
