Only letting me use 500gb/2TB?

I just got the Lynx 4 and its only letting me use 500gb out of the 2TB can someone help me to be able to use the rest of my disc? im new to pc lol.

I'm not sure if this is your issue, but you have two drives. Your "primary" C drive where they installed Windows is a 500GB SSD. The other one is a 2TB mechanical drive probably labeled "D". Click on the file folder icon on your Windows task bar. Both should show there.

I apologize if this doesn't help, and seems simplistic. Lots of our newest owners are brand new to the PC experience and don't know stuff like this.
