Looking for an opinion on my config 454100.  Mid-range budget under $2k.  Not a sophisticated user and looking for a system that will keep me well positioned for the next 3 years.  Any suggestions on if this money could have been better used?  Really struggled with the GPU but decided on GTX 470 over 460.  Not sure if DS is accounting for the recent price drop on the 470 or not.  Any input would be appreciated.  Probably buying within the next month.

The build Ender has there for $1881 is hard to beat...if not impossible

Oh one thing I did notice is that on his $1489 build, the cooling he selected says it is for i7 processors only.  Is that just a mistake or is it a non-issue to go with that cooling option.

If you are talking about the Noctua 12p  its a mistake in the configurator.
