Order has been on stage one for 10 Days?

I purchased the Vanquish 7 ultimate edition or level 4, which ever you perfer, on 12/30/2018. I realize it says ships between 15-20 days after order, but I would think it would be past sage1 by now. This is my first gaming pc I’ve ordered and am getting a bit suspicious on why it’s taking so long.

They are very busy atm. My PC took about 3 weeks to see any progress. If you call them they might be able to give you a better time frame.

You have every right to be frustrated about how slow things are right now but for sure don't worry about being scammed or anything. I purchased the Vanquish 7 Level 4 in July and it shipped 12 business days from when I submitted the order. I hate that things are so slow right now. They really got hammered over the last two months with orders. Normally that would be a good problem to have but for whatever reason things have really piled up on them.

You'll be extremely pleased with your new computer. It's one of the best values on the market.

I’ve been on stage 1 since the 19th of December. Have called multiple times and emailed multiple times with no answers. Welcome to the club! I orders the same Vanquish lvl 4 as well

Yeah I have, worst part is, when I ordered mine it gave me a 9-14 business day expectation, so I paid the overnight shipping at 200$ extra hoping to get it before New Years..... and here we are

I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We've had a very, very busy last few months... we normally prepare for the holidays as we know things will be busy, but this just took us for a surprise.

It may sound selfish but Im glad Im not alone. I've been waiting since Dec 21. But its all on me since I figured that the holidays would cause problems with the shipping process. I am glad D.S. has given us a reason why they are having issues, and no matter what you think they are valid issues. Like many of you, I did my research on getting my next gaming desktop. When I came across D.S. web-site I thought it was too good to be true. My fellow gamer friends said I should have just built my own but I took a chance in Digital Storm and so it has been what I expected.

Thank you for the response on what the hold up is. I'm going to keep my faith in these builders and wait for my system.

Well I finally got a email response from Alex and I must say he is the first one to give actual help, he was extremely forthcoming with issues and followed through with his word. Since his reply on Friday 1/11 my order went to stage 3 the same day and as of today, Sunday 1/13 it’s on stage 6. Yes it took forever to get here but once progress gets past stage 1 these guys are busting a** to get them out. I can only hope they aren’t cutting corners

Nope, we won't cut corners. If we wanted to do that, we would not have a backlog in the first place.

I am in the same boat too been waiting since the 2nd tthough. I would think if you just paid though that would mean your order just actually entered stage 1 since stage 1 is "Payment Processed" or did you use Bread and just made your first payment to Bread? I don't think your payment to Bread would have any factor there if so since they are separate entities though.
