Attention Digital Storm customer service:

I recently ordered my 2nd DS system and am a little disappointed with the purchasing experience this time.

I wanted to get the system quickly so I paid the $149 for "Priority build" as it stated that it would ship 4 days from "Order processed".

That date was 11/29 and today is 12/06. This is either 5 or 6 business days depending on when you start counting. I have emailed sales regarding when I should expect my order to ship and have not received a response.

I dislike having to take this to message boards but would like to get this resolved.

Sorry to hear about that, they are busy because of the holidays but if you paid extra you should get what you paid for I'm sure Alex will take good care of you

Yeah... They've got to be swamped or something right now. I ordered back before Thanksgiving and I'm still stuck at Stage 3, been there for almost 2 weeks now.

Historically DS does get bogged down around this time of year. I've experienced it with one of my systems as well. I'm not making excuses for them, but my guess is that nothing is "wrong" per se, just moving slowly due to all the orders being dealt with.

It's normal for orders to take longer at this time of the year, however, the team is working hard on catching up. Our goal is to ship orders within the estimated ship timeframe we provide which is 15-20 business days upon processing your order for non-rush builds.

Iv'e had the opposite experience. I ordered on Black Friday and my system shipped yesterday. I didn't pay for any expedited service.
Now for the hard part i have to wait for it to arrive.

hey I hear you, I ordered mine on 30-NOV and its not left phase 1 yet. and yeah I check like 15 times a day the wait is the hard part lol.

I already ordered an extra 32gb of corsair vengenace LPX RAM and two ssd's and a 3 1/2 sshd and an h115i to toss into my build as well as a few white led fans from corsair, I cant wait to turn the settings up on ultra an game away though.

You're Lucky mine still hasnt had any updates lol I ordered mine with the bare minimum parts hoping it would go faster since I am just going to disassemble it anyways and rebuild it my way. Hopefully it will ship soon though I have a ton of parts I am waiting to throw in it just waiting on my AM4 bracket that should be here in a few days corsair took their time shipping it.
