Order stuck on Stage 3

I placed my order for a custom Lynx on Feb 20. It’s been stuck on Stage 3 for over a week now.   It’s supposed to ship within 10-15 days from time of order placement/confirmation. . I called DS and was told my order is still on track. 🤷‍♂️ I have no idea how DS will meet this timeline if I’m only at Stage 3 now.   Anyone else experiencing this?

Don't put too much stock in the "Stages"...

The 15th business day from your order is the 12th... Check with them on the 10th and see how they're doing.

Actually, the "countdown" starts when your order passes "Stage 1", and they know payment is assured. So, 10-15 days from whenever that was. I hope it's earlier. We don't much like disappointments.

Thanks for the additional information.   The order entered Stage 1 on Feb 20 and payment was cleared on Feb 21. Crossing fingers there isn’t a delay. I have an awesome 144hz 4K 27” monitor waiting for it at home. 😬

I’ve been stuck on Stage 2 since last week. Here’s hoping I even get to stage 3 by this upcoming week (it’s Sunday 8:25 where I am now)

I ordered my computer when I got scheduled for breast surgery so I’d have something to do while I heal.


Here’s hoping they get yours through soon! I think it’ll be worth!
