Order Stuck on Stage-7

I ordered a custom Lumos PC on February 2nd it was advancing through all the stages very quickly took just a little over 2 weeks to get to stage 7 but as of last Tuesday it’s been stuck on that stage for about a week now I was wondering if this is a common for a build like this?

I did the day I posted this I got an email from their support staff saying I’d receive it the end of the week and I didn’t in fact receive my custom PC at the end of the week!

i hit stage 7 today! reading over this thread and looking at the date i CRINGE. we had no idea what was about to affect the world in a couple days 😳
