Ordered my new DSO system today.......this will be my 2nd Digital Storm System.  My first I bought almost 3 yrs ago and has been flawless.  So it's no suprise I went with them again.  Thanks again Kelly for all the answers to my questions.....I can't wait to get it!

Email came in today.......PC now in stage 1.  It just sux ordering on a Friday afternoon and having to wait over the weekend.  The agony set in Friday night that probably won't have this puppy for a few weeks!!!  However, it will be more than worth it in the end.  I priced this same setup across a few sites, Cyberpower was a little cheaper, however my last Cyber pc went thru psu's like nobody's business and it just seemed like a cheap knockoff system.  Alienware Tongue was almost $1k more expensive for the same setup.  It doesn't take much to find people bashing them all over the internet either.  I had a Alien I got back in 2002.  Don't get me wrong, it was a good system...just too expensive anymore.  PLUS, they did not have FREE shipping & I would have had to pay sales tax.  My current laptop is from IBUYPOWER.  I've had it 3 years now, been steller no issues other than the battery isn't holding a charge like it used to but that's a given with those after a few years.  My dad got a Cyberpower computer last year, had lots of issues when he got it, their tech support did cater to a 65 year old much either.  My older brother got an IBUYPOWER gaming pc, issue after issue.  Had to send it back twice out of the box and had to pay shipping both times.  Finally the 3rd time he took it local to get it fixed. 
So needless to say, my current Digital Storm PC I got back in March of 2006 has been great.  I never strayed away, but it's always good to shop around just to reaffirm you are making the right choice!!!

Yeah I'm gonna post a lot of pics.  Something I wish more people would do with their systems.  I was on the fence between the HAF and 850si cases, finally went with the HAF.  It'll be the first time I've never had a door on my case, but I wanted all the inputs, etc on the front, not on the top since this RIG will sit on my desk and not below.  I have a huge 72" wide x 36" deep executive desk, I have plenty of surface room for it.  I'm gonna email Kelly and see if somehow I can get them to snap a few pics of my pc while it's getting built.

Im trying SOOOO hard to convince my lady friend whos PC im building that the HAF is the way to go case wise, but she says its ugly as hell...lol...she keeps picking out the Antec 1200....which honestly.....newegg has an awesome ass deal for it...i can get that case and a 800W powersupply(Antec though..i dunno it quality) for 309 bucks...and free shipping..thats a hell of a deal.

Email updates today, PC went from stage1 to stage 5 today!!!  Got the email updates for stages 4,5, but not anything for stage 2 or 3???  Anyways, glad to see the progress regardless.  Now hopefully everything will go "as planned" and ship in 2-3 business days.  I'm crossing my fingers that it'll ship on Friday or Monday at the latest, but I understand things happen and they are going to make sure I'm getting a quality rig out of them!  I work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every-other Saturday nights from 8pm to 8am, so if it gets out Friday or Monday I will hopefully get it on my days off to play away!

Yeah, me too! Ouch  I would like to find some sort of light or LED light that scans from side to side....kinda like a cylon or KITT....Smile.  Then all I would need would be the cool sound effects.
 
Both my current DSO system and my other Cyberpower pc's both light up blue...so I thought RED would be a welcomed change.  Plus, the HAF already has a RED LED fan in the front.

Yea!!!  Just checked my email.....STAGE6 Quality Assurance.  "should" be shipped in 0-1 days!  Man I hope all goes well and fingers crossed for it to ship tomorrow (Thursday).

wOOt!  The PC shipped today and I got my tracking #.  All it says it that it's picked up right now so I don't have an estimated delivery date yet.  Hopefully it'll be updated in the morning.

Well, as of this afternoon it arrived in Colorado.  Estimated delivery is still 10/14.  So, hopefully it'll still be on schedule for tomorrow.
 
The even "suckier" thing is that I work nights.  So I will be sleeping on the couch eagerly awaiting the doorbell.  FEDEX usually comes around 2-3pm at my house.  So I'll probably get it, play with it for an hour or two, then try to nap and then leave for my 13 hour shift!!  To me, that's borderline teasing! lol  The nice thing is that after Tuesday night, I'm off for the next four days.
