Hey all,
I ordered a rig on the 16th of this month and haven't received any updates other than "Pending Production". I nearly fully expect this as a result of the Covid19 crap slowing down things and also maybe due to the fact that they don't have the parts in stock. I was just wondering though as I've talked to other members and their process was essentially completed start to finish in less than two weeks. Thabks! |

Hi Rift Infinium and welcome to the forums.
First things... to get a good handle on where your order is you'll have to go directly to Digital Storm to ask. They'll know more than we do here. You may get lucky and have DS Stellar or even Alex pop in and give you the official word, but most of the forum rats here are customers. ("forum rat" is a term of endearment!) Secondly, in order to get your "Verified Customer" badge that will proudly display here on our forums you need to make certain that your ordering email and your forum's email match exactly. (Case sensitive like a password.) Thirdly, because we're all curious and like to live vicariously here and there, we'd love to know what you've ordered! And finally... Happy Birthday!

Welcome to the family. Due to increased demand, your order may not ship until early May (first 1-2 weeks). I'm sorry for the delay, COVID-19 has not made things easy for us to ship as many units as we would like while still following CDC guidelines, etc. for the safety of our employees and staff. |

yeah I ordered mine on April 18th and having the same issue... it's stuck at Stage 1. I have called and pretty much told me the same thing as Alex. It will ship the first week of May. Originally I was suppose to receive it the end of April.
Hopefully we get our PC sooner than later. Which one did you get? I got Lynx Level 4. |

So I got my PC in.
Have it all powered on, updated graphics driver. Im noticing that the exhaust fan is not running. The RGB is working but the fan has not spun on yet. From my understanding, case fans are supposed to constantly run. It appears to be hooked up correctly as the RGB is working. Anyone have any input? |

I ran a benchmark test and really thought it would kick on then if it was triggered through load, but it didn't.

Can you move the blades? Check the back and make sure all the cables are in all the way. It probably has some block where they all connect. How are the temps?

I just actually found the issue. One of the wires going into the male connector to the mobo was not fully seated into the connector. Pushed it in and bam, fan is working fine.
