I wanted to buy games for when my pc arrives. like bf4, crysis ec. but i get a #10048 error at checkout, any other gamers can help?

WIth that error you'll have to contact EA or Origin's account and billing department.  I did a quick google search on that code and even EA reps are saying that's not something they can help online (for obvious reasons)
