No. The OS disk should not be put on multiple computers unless it was bought for that purpose. The Key only works one time. It will run for 30 days and then will ask for a key and the pc becomes useless.

That doesn't make sense how could you format your pc if the key is only good for 30 days??

Im not sure what it's called but my buddy has a disk that will wipe your drive 100%.
Also you could just put the windows disk in and tell it to format the drive. Or...i cant remember what i was going to put here, im having a brain fart(aka girl troubles ahh).

You misunderstood.
 
A key can only be used on one PC at a time.  A new OS install is only good for 30 days without entering a valid key and having it autheticated.

either kill disc , or boot and nuke . those are to programs that will write zeros on your drive .

Boot and nuke, thats what it was called. It work's I can attest to that.
