I would like to welcome our new team members to everyone here on the forums: Randy, Charlie, and MarkZ (Mark).
There is also Duke and Kelly (our senior representatives) and also Alex, the customer service supervisor.
All of our customer service representatives can help you with any issues, they all have supervisor authority as well.

I wonder if this was the Mark that called me yesterday and left a message on my machine. Man did he sound depressed lol. Then my answering machine cut him off before he finished haha... The British lady on my machine is ruthless you only get 10 seconds before she cuts you off.
