Over clock lost?

The battery on my mother board got disconnected when i boot up i get the following message:
 
CMOS checksum error - Defaults Loaded
Warning! CPU has been changed please re-enter CPU setting in the CMOS setup and remember to save before quit!
 
I tried to skip going into the CMOS but it didn't let me continue. So i went in and saw an option to load defaults and choose that option and it let me boot up. But i think i might have lost my overclock.
 
Need some help plz.

take a screenshot of CPUZ on the main and memory tabs, post that here

try going in to your bios and loading the first profile, maybe it was saved?
