Hello,
Being the proud owner of a Digital Storm System, I want to make sure I'm getting the best out of it, and will be for a long time. As such I wanted to make sure my Overclock settings were reasonable/optimal. I don't know very much about overclocking. My components are as follows:

2600K
Maximus IV Extreme
8GB DDR3 RAM
2x GTX 570's

I realize that every component is different, but they still live in the same ball park right?

I currently am OC'd to 4.5 at 1.375 volts (all settings below). My system is stable and the maximum load temp on my cpu is somewhere between 74'-79'C depending on room temp. Like I said, I just wanted to make sure these settings were reasonable/optimal. If anything I want to err on the side of having this system for a long time than frying it.

Here are the settings:

CPU Level Up: Auto
AI Overclock Tuner: Manual
BCLK/PCIE Frequency: 100
Turbo Ratio: All Cores Mode
Maximum Turbo Ratio: 45
Internal PLL Overvoltage: Auto
Memory Frequency: DDR3-1600MHz
Memory Bandwidth Booster: Disabled
EPU Power Saving Mode: Disabled

DRAM Timing Control
Primary Timings
    CAS# Latency: 9
    RAS# to CAS# Delay: 9
    RAS# Pre Time: 9
    RAS# ACT Time: 24
    DRAM Command Mode: Auto
All other Timings
   All values set to Auto

CPU Performance Settings
CPU Ratio: Auto
Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology: Enabled
Turbo Mode: Enabled
   Turbo Mode Parameters
   Maximum Power: Disabled
All other values set to auto

Digi+ VRM/Power Control
VCORE PWM Mode: T.Probe
VCORE MOS Volt Control: Auto
VCORE Loadline Calibration: Auto
VCORE Switching Frequency: Auto
VCORE Phase Control: Extreme
VCORE Overcurrent Protection: 100%
VCORE EMI Reduction: Disabled
VRM Overcurrent protection: Enabled
   VDRAM, VCCSA, VCCIO
Overcurrent protection is Disabled for all
All other values set to auto

Extreme OV: Disabled
CPU Voltage: Manual Mode
CPU Manual Voltage: 1.375
DRAM Voltage: 1.65000
All other values set to auto

Thank you for your help!

IF your vcore is below 1.4, temps are below 85c and system is stable, your oc is good to go. if there was a problem you would have stability issues or heat issues.
