Is this recommended? I've noticed that the sticky thread has some broken links. How can it be done?

According to the product page, this comes with your processor - AMD Ryzen Master utility - which is used to overclock your processor if you want.
That said, your processor all ready boosts to 3.9 GHz and it comes with the standard AMD cooler. I would not overclock too much and most likely not at all. Edited by Nomad1970 - 09 Feb 2019 at 6:21pm |

Thanks. I had seen that it already boosts, which prompted me to ask if overclocking is even recommended |

Overclocking the 2400 has been shown to get decent results, but not so much in gaming with its weaker integrated video. Plus, an after market cpu cooler upgrade would be needed.
The biggest gain with that Vanquish is upgrading to a graphics card like the RTX 2060, gtx 1060, etc. |
