overclocking with ddr3 vs ddr2

hello its me again asking questions..
so in your opinion, what would the possible overclock speed of the cpu with a 8400 3.0 with 800mhz ddr2 compared to a 8400 3.0 with 1333mhz ddr3?also is it a good thing to have both the cpu speed 1333mhz be the same as 1333mhz ram speed? right now im debating the two. i would be using the puter for gaming mostly. i would use the 780i board for the ddr2 and the 790 for the ddr3
