PC Build advice please

Hi all, I am building a PC that will be used mainly for 3D modeling and rendering. I've already gotten some advice on the CPU and graphics card, but I was wondering if I could get more feedback before I pull the trigger. Specifically, I'm wondering if the cooling / fans are sufficient. Could someone look this over and let me know if I'm missing something that will affect performance? I'm new to this..
